Stephanie McGill
Stephanie McGill is a native of Colorado and received her early training from the Academy of Colorado Ballet and Dance Arts Studio, where she studied ballet, tap, modern, and jazz. She attended Denver School of the Arts with a major in Dance and went on to earn a B.F.A. in Dance, graduating with honors from the University of Arizona. She also received training through summer intensives with Milwaukee Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Columbia City Ballet, and Long Beach Ballet. Stephanie has danced professionally and toured with many Colorado dance companies, including Boulder Ballet, David Taylor Dance Theatre, and 7 Dancers, performing in soloist and ensemble roles. Stephanie is currently a company member with Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement where she also serves as Associate Artistic Director for both the company as well as their supplemental training program Colorado Dance Initiative.

Diana Drummond
A native of Houston, Texas, Diana received her BFA from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU she had the opportunity to perform in works by Austin Hartel, Derrick Minter, and Mary Margret Holt. She has spent summers training at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, River North Dance Chicago, and the American Dance Festival. After graduation, she had the pleasure of working with Esoteric Dance Project in Chicago, IL and The Big Muddy Dance Company in Saint Louis, MO. Since relocating to Denver she has had the opportunity to work with Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement, Cindy Brandle Dance Company, DAMAGEDANCE, Industrial Dance Alliance, Maureen Breeze Dance Theater, and Nosilla Dance Project.

Katie Carothers
Katie Carothers grew up in Littleton, CO, where they received their primary training at Denver Academy of Ballet. Katie has also trained at the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance and Alonzo King LINES Ballet, and spent a season as a trainee with State Street Ballet, and in 2023 graduated from CU Boulder with a BFA in dance. While in college, Katie pursued a BA in Psychology and took up grant writing to fund supplemental dance research. Katie was invited to perform with Cleo Parker Robinson’s second company in August 2023, and spent two seasons with Cleo II. This is Katie’s first season with Chadash.

Morgan Cargas
Morgan's dance journey began at the age of three in Pennsylvania, where she quickly developed a love for movement and performance. She began competing in styles such as contemporary, jazz, and hip-hop at a young age, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to dance.
Her passion for hip-hop deepened when she joined a nationally ranked hip-hop team at Morton’s Dance Center in Pennsylvania. There, she honed her technical skills while gaining a deeper appreciation for the culture and artistry behind the style.
Morgan went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where she balanced her academic pursuits with a strong presence in the dance community. She served as choreographer and leader of the university’s dance team, choreographing performances for NBA games and collegiate sports events that were celebrated for their precision, energy, and innovation. Morgan’s choreography has received multiple entertainment and choreography awards. Now based in Lafayette CO, she co-owns a dance studio with her two best friends called “The Movement Project”. As a choreographer, instructor and studio owner, Morgan is very committed to helping young dancers build confidence, find their voice, and discover how dance can be a powerful tool for self-expression and personal growth.

Veva Heilmann
Veva Heilman, has been dancing classical ballet since the age of 6. She started attending Colorado Ballet Academy in 2013 and graduated from the preprofessional program in the spring of 2025. She has danced with Chadash since 2021, spending her first 2 years in the CDI program, then becoming an apprentice with the company. She has also experienced summer programs at Colorado Ballet, The Rock School, Alvin Ailey, Nashville Ballet, and Nacho Duato.

Maeve Taft
Emily (Maeve) Taft has been developing her love for dance since the age of 3, starting her training in Longmont, Colorado. Her passion for performing started at a young age through participation in various classical ballets. Since highschool, she has grown a love for contemporary ballet inspired by multiple summer intensives and experiences such as Dominic Walsh’s Movement Lab and Salt Contemporary Dance’s LINK audition festival. She attended Colorado State University in the BFA dance program where she was cast in several faculty pieces including works by Grace Gallagher and Chung-Fu Chang. Over the years she has had the opportunity to work with many choreographers including Caili Quan, Amy Gunter Lolofie, Liam Francis and Kerry Healy. She’s very excited to be a part of the Chadash family.

Anah Swank
Anah Swank’s journey with dance began at the age of four. From a very young age, she developed a deep love and passion for dance. Most of Anah’s training was at Turning Pointe School of Dance. She was skilled in various techniques, such as ballet, modern, contemporary, musical theater, partnering, and Broadway jazz. Along with dance classes, she dedicated much time to theater. Throughout the years, Anah performed in 11 off-Broadway shows. When she was off stage, she choreographed and assisted in behind-the-scenes operations.

Jason Poullard
Los Angeles, California
California native, began developing his love for the theater and dance at an early age on the stages of his home church, The Fountain Church International in Pomona, and schools through the years. At eighteen, Jason began his formal dance training and
continued his theater arts training at the University of California, Irvine, culminating his performance and choreographic work with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Bachelor of Arts in Drama. He has worked with esteemed choreographers, Tracy Bonner, Patrick Corbin, and Pavel Zustiak, performed with Lawrence and Sarma Rosenburg’s Anaheim Ballet, Dr. S. Ama Wray’s JazzXchange, and played the lead in The Brown Bomber Project for the 2012 Cultural Olympiad Festival in London, England. Jason has danced for Deborah Brockus’s Brockus:RED, Grete Gryzwana’s Ephiphany Dance West, and in Artistic Director, Pat Taylor’s, signature Afro modern jazz style and technique as a Principal Dancer and Residency Assistant with JazzAntiqua Dance & Music Ensemble in Los Angeles for nine seasons. He currently performs and teaches in Kelly Archer ‘s contemporary dance theater technique as a Principal Dancer and Master Class Teacher with Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement, his fifth season, and as faculty for Dance Revolution’s annual teaching convention, his third season. Jason has a passion for bringing the legitimacy and vibrancy of classic jazz and contemporary techniques to audiences, classrooms, and students everywhere. -

Cory Betts
New York City, New York
Born & raised in Sacramento, California. Cory received his dance training from the Sacramento Ballet & Northern California Dance Conservatory. Cory has performed all over the world, including the Jacobs Pillow Summer Festival, and touring throughout Austria, Italy, & Germany with the Young! Tanzsommer performance group. Cory was a dancer with Eugene Ballet from 2013-2020, where he was featured in productions including “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (Puck) & “The Great Gatsby” (Nick Carraway) He is now based in New York City. Recent credits include “An American in Paris” 2nd National Tour, “A Chorus Line” Japan Tour directed by Baayork Lee, and CATS with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

Layla Gallegos
Broomfield, Colorado
Layla Gallegos grew up in Broomfield, Colorado. She trained at Dance Arts Studio and was part of their Advanced Pre-Professional program. Layla joined Colorado Dance Initiative under the direction of Kelly Archer during its first season in 2019. She has attended intensive programs including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Zion Dance Project, and Orsolina28. Layla has had the opportunity to work with amazing choreographers such as Juliano Nunes, Norbert De La Cruz III, Peter Chu, and Marc Spaulding, to name a few. Layla currently attends Point Park University’s School of Dance pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in modern dance.

Simon Zinabu Costello
Los Angeles, California
Simon Zinabu Costello began his dance training at Southold Dance Theatre in Indiana, performing leading roles such as Franz in Coppélia, the Cavalier in The Nutcracker, and Prince Désiré in The Sleeping Beauty. He earned full scholarships to summer programs including American Ballet Theater, School of American Ballet, and Colorado Ballet. In 2015, he trained on full scholarship at Palucca University of Dance in Dresden, Germany. He began his professional career at Colorado Ballet in 2018 and most recently danced with LA Ballet. Simon has been apart of the Chadash family since 2017, sharing its passion to bring hope to a broken world.

Megan Moss
Austin, Texas
Megan Moss currently holds two degrees, a B.F.A in dance from Texas State and a B.S. in exercise science from BYU. A few highlights of her training include extensive ballet training with Mountain West Ballet Company in SLC performing for 9 years in company productions including “La Fille Mal Gardee” and the “Nutcracker”. Other highlights include; performing professionally as “Eliza” in Hale Center Theater’s musical theater production of “The King and I”, and studying modern at IALS studios in Rome, Italy. Megan is currently based out of Austin, Texas where she works as adjunct faculty for Tx State University dance department.

Holly Dube
Hartford, Connecticut
Holly Welpott is a California native where she began developing her love for ballet and dance at an early age. Welpott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance: Performance and Choreography from Saint Marys College of California where she graduated with Honors in the major, Phi Kappa Phi, and Summa Cum Laude. During her time at Saint Marys, Welpott’s choreographic work “She Remembers” was selected and awarded at the American College Dance Association’s National Gala. During this time, Welpott also worked as Assistant Director with Applegate Dance Studio during their 2020 season and choreographed many works throughout her time there.
Upon graduating, Welpott joined Sacramento Contemporary Dance Theater as a Principal Artist during their 2021-2022 Season and Davalos Dance Company in Moraga, California for their 2021 Season.
Welpott is continuing her career as a Company Artist with Chadash Contemporary Dance Movement from 2022-current, as well as concluding her first season with Ballet Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut.

Haily Foster
Sacramento, California
Foster graduated from the University of Southern California in 2023 with a B.F.A. in Dance as a Presidential Scholar. She has performed repertoire by choreographers such as William Forsythe, Ohad Naharin, Jiří Kylián, Justin Peck, Peter Chu, Bret Easterling and Penny Saunders. In 2022, Foster traveled to Fürth, Germany to perform works by Justin Peck, Ohad Naharin, and Bret Easterling with the USC Kaufman School of Dance. She has worked professionally with Blue13 Dance Company under Achinta S. McDaniel, and joined Artease Dance Collective under Annelise Eastes in 2023. Haily has been a part of the Chadash family since 2017
